- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on lower rear shelves at hot and cold holding units,wall electrical outlets & strips,on floor under wooden storage shelf and on dollie in kitchen and along wall base in paper goods storage area. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/4/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged trim at lower exterior of walk in cooler,interior door panel on bun cooler. Must remove rust from lid of grease trap at 3- compartment,crates in walk in freezer.

- comments: must clean dust build up from shelving units in pre-k rooms 102,103 & 104 & window sills in kitchen. Must clean food debris build up on floor mixer in kitchen.
