3 of the 5 travelers with us got violently ill. There is little sanitation here. They clean the tables between guests with a dry paper towel. The hibachi chef cross contaminated raw chicken with cooked rice. Several other people we spoke with were ill also and not reporting because they couldn’t pinpoint the cause. They need food safety training. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
