Ate from the salad bar (to go) late afternoon on 1029. Salad included Romaine lettuce fresh spinach mesclun mix chick peas 1 hard boiled egg edamame mozarella ball and tomato mix. No dressing was used. This was the Harris Teeter next to Target and Kohls in Huntersville. This is the second time this calendar year I have gotten violently ill after eating from their salad bar. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
