- comments: observed milk crates being used as shelving/elevation in front prep/ dish areas. Must remove and provide shelving that is 6' off the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

- comments: observed inadequate wastewater disposal from 3 comp sink. Observed water backing up at the 3 compartment sink area. When water is released from 1st sink basin, water backs up into 2nd basin. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued

- comments: observed missing ceilings tile panels ceiling tile in utility sink in rear dish area. Instructed to repair, replace missing panels ceiling tiles.
