- comments: 4-602. 13 observed the shelving units under the food prep tables with debris and dust instructed to clean and maintain said shelving units.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed in the girls' and boys' toilet room on the second floor, the handwashing sinks not providing adequate pressure when in use. Observed some sinks in the said toilet rooms with no running water at all. Instructed to close these said toilet rooms and repair said handwashing sinks and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), no citation issued

- comments: 5-501. 17 observed the facility missing a receptacle with a lid in the food handlers' toilet room in the managers office. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: 6-304. 11 observed the ventilation system not working the in the food handler's toilet room. Instructed to repair and maintain.
