1459 N Citrus Covina CA 91722 Hibachi Super Buffet. Had lunch 11:30am Friday May 6. Mostly shellfish (clams, mussels, crayfish, shrimp). A few pieces of beef. Potatoes, salads. Crab salad. Wide variety of dishes. About 2 - 3 hrs later abdominal cramps, explosive diarrhea - continually, nausea. Didn't think to check for fever. Couldn't leave toilet long enough to get to hospital. Still cramping. About 1/2 hr later threw up entire lunch - gurgling in stomach. Ate rice and drank lots of water. Too ill to work. About 6pm felt completely normal but weak. I am 100% fine this morning May 7. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
