March 4 we visited this place for a birthday event around 6:00. After initial issues with the staff The chef came out with fish shrimp chicken and steak after dumping everything on the grill and using the same tongs to cut the chicken then the steak then shrimp and last the fish. My brother started to feel sick instantaneous saying the shrimp didn’t taste cook. We left around 9pm on the drive home my brother started vomiting, complaining of pain in his abdomen he has not left his bed the whole weekend. When I reached home my 8 year old son started complaining of stomach ache which he ended up vomiting twice with blood and diarrhea for the weekend as well, myself I vomited 3 times and experience diarrhea the entirety of the weekend. To which I informed telehealth which they recommended we visit a walk in clinic or nearest hospital and provide Toronto public health the bowl of fried rice given to us later to be tested for bodily fluids. The birthday girl and another guest there experienced diarrhea to the point of rectal bleeding and vomiting and visited the hospital -limited pics and video available.We went back the next day March 5 to retrieve the receipt to get exact information they refused saying it’s deleted every night, they can’t pull up that information, refused to provide names and continuously hang up -available voice notes. When I spoke to the downtown and Burlington location they say it can be reprinted by only by the Vaughn location | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
