Cockroach infestation. The inspector found live roaches throughout the market, including near the food-prep table and sink, at the cook line, near where dishes are washed and stored, in containers of cleaned equipment, above packaged foods and on a box of plastic wrap. There were also dead and dying roaches as well as cockroach feces throughout the facility. That was one of 17 violations, five of which were critical and many of which were repeated from past inspections.
