38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 40 or more mouse droppings on premises on the floor by the cooking equipment, in rear area by washroom and at front counter area in corner. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.

- comments: observed rear exit door not completely rodent proofed at the bottom; instructed to rodent proof door to avoid possible rodent entry.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed the rubber gasket on the door of the 7 up cooler in poor repair; instructed to repair or replace gasket to avoid air escaping from the unit.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to clean the following and maintain: interiors of refrigeration units and bottom area of fryer, exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, exterior doors of refrigeration units.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed a leak at the pipe underneath the exposed handsink in prep area; instructed to repair.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: instructed to clean toilet and sink in washroom and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: instructed to clean the floors around under and behind all kitchen equipment and maintain. Instructed to clean walls around and behind equipment and maintain.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: food handler on duty has an expired food handler training certificate; must obtain a valid certificate.
