- comments: observed food not protected from contamination along the hot and cold service line areas. Observed no sneezeguards in place for students in line waiting to receive their food. Salads are made directly in front of students along the service line. Management instructed to install a sneezeguard from the existing sneezeguard to the end of the service line where salads are prepared. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed chipped paint on the back wall of the dishwashing area. Management instructed to scrape and repaint the affected area or cover with a cleanable surface.
