Ate at 730 pm on Saturday April 8th. 2017. Buffalo chicken salad with chicken tossed in hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. Woke up at 3 am that night vomiting violently with diarrhea chills and fever as time went on. Finally felt better after around 3 on Sunday. I think I cracked a rib from vomiting so much | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
