Had dinner at Arenal on Wednesday evening. The steak I ordered was most likely the culprit as the sides I had were vegetables and well cooked. I spent all day in bed on Thursday, with vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, fatigue, and fever chills. The resort provided absolutely nothing to help. This continued through Friday with some symptoms still on Saturday. Diarrhea is still bad, so I will be going to the doctor for medicine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Chills, Fatigue
