Steak Illness at Resort - Hotel Xcaret, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo

Had dinner at Arenal on Wednesday evening. The steak I ordered was most likely the culprit as the sides I had were vegetables and well cooked. I spent all day in bed on Thursday, with vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, fatigue, and fever chills. The resort provided absolutely nothing to help. This continued through Friday with some symptoms still on Saturday.
