- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on the window sill, wall outlet conduit, on the floor under the mopsink, on the floor under 3- the 3-compartment sink, motor housing at the refrigerator, rollings cart lower shelf, and on the wire storage cart. Must remove droppings and clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator service premises on or after 10/29/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on storage shelves.
