My husband an I both always enjoy eating at Ichiban. However, this visit on April 4, 2019 didn’t sit well with us. The seating was crowded and the wait was long to get the service stared. The food tasted good, but about 6 hrs later it wasn’t so great. I was awoke with severe nausea and vomiting followed by cramping and diarrhea that lasted 6 hours. My husband was struck with the diarrhea as well. We both had terrible headaches with fever of 99.9. We ate steak and shrimp, shrimp and scallops and we both had fried rice. There was raw chicken being cooked along side of our food, so that may have been the culprit.. IDK | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
