Around 1pm today, 9-15-2018, i had decaf coffee, water, and the egg-white spinach omelet that comes with avocado, and other diced vegies, some cooked some raw. Ordered as is off menu. ate, with in two hours i had intense GI issues. servere cramping, since the, it is 9pm EST now, cold sweats on and off. abdominal pain is almost unbearable. an hour ago DR. recommended a dose of Imodium (which i've never had) and watch for other symptoms of ecoli. so if i start vomiting with the diarrhea, off to the ER i have to go. BTW slept in today, so i didnt eat prior to ihop for the day...nothing since... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Sweating
