Not sure, had a cheeses,green pepper, onion and mushroom omelet with hash brown. I started feeling bad about 4 hours after eating. The restaurant wasn't very clean. I never get the flu so.i'd have to say it was something I ate at the restaurant. It happened Late yesterday, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills
