Went shopping Sunday 01, October, 2023. Stopped and had lunch around 2:30pm. Had Hungarian cream of mushroom soup, Swedish meatball plate, small salad, garlic bread, chocolate cake. Got home at around 5pm and was hit with intense nausea, cramps, and diarrhea that have persisted until now (the next day Monday 02, October, 2023) and are still ongoing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
