salmon sushi I put the piece of salmon sushi in my mouth and knew it was bad with the first chew. I spit it in my napkin and threw it out. I told an employee and they just turnes the tray around at the buffet. They did not remove the salmon sushi from the buffet. As we were leaving I told the sushi chef and he said "that should be the fresh one". Still it was not removed from the buffet. I waited out front to speak with somebody in charge and while waiting I witnessed the sushi chef wipe his nose with his arm and go right back to work. He was wearing gloves but did not wash his arm. I told the person in charge not only about the bad salmon sushi but also about him wiping his nose with his arm while prepping food. The only thing she said was that she would talk to him. I then told her I am going to the health inspectors office tomorrow. She smiled and said ok and went toward the back of the restaurant and I left. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
