Saturday March 9th .I purchased the Jack dinner 3 sides Cabbage, sweet potatoes & broccoli & cheese. Literally about an hour later fever chills scratchy throat. Really not sure of its food poison or cold I took some cold meds and laid down. Also part of my fish wasn't cooked all the way or was bad. I still have the box in the garbage. | Symptoms: Fever, Chills
