Ate a loaded potato (bacon, sour cream, cheese), salad, and strawberry/rhewbarb puff pastry from them

Severe head ache, nausea at 6

Thought might be dehydrated. Drank glass of water.

Puking at 7:30-8 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Headache
