I went to ivars and ordered new panko crispy sandwich which came burnt with slimy lettuce and tomato and fish tasted bad, cup of clam chowder 2 coleslaw. My husband ordered 3 piece cod with fries and shrimp basket cup of chowder and a bottle sprite. Within 3-4 hours of returning home on July 31st 2023 . I began to throw up and diarrhea for hours until about 2pm next day. I called them around 11@m to inform them I got food poisoning. They didn't take me seriously not took down my information correctly. They are refusing to acknowledge that I got sick from them . they were only place I ate that day. I breastfeed and do hair and I was sick until that Friday. I never had food poisoning before. Went to doctor they confirmed it but since the medication they gave me helped some I went home. But Ivar's is not taking me seriously I'm frustrated | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband and I got sick from there clam chowder. Told them and they said they were going to come get it twice, but then they did a one 180 and didn't want to test it. Opened claim with their insurance company but they were aggressive and told us we were the only ones since their huge recall when the disassemble their entire factory to clear a pathogen Pseudonymous. Just wanted us to GO AWAY!
