- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Found 50 or more mouse droppings on the shelves in the washroom, on the floor behind the furnace, on the shelf next to the furnace where pop is stored and on the floor in the front corner area next to the refrigerator storing pop. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: instructed to clean the bottom area of the fryers, exterior surfaces of cooking equipment where needed and containers holding flour for chicken.
