- comments: observed bulk containers containing flour, seasonings, chicken breading without labels. Instructed to provide common name labels and maintain.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed spoiled wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables and on chest freezers in betweeen uses. Instructed to store said cloths in soultion at least 50ppm and maintain.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaking faucet on hand washing sink in washroom and drainpipe of rear hand washing sink in dish washing area. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
