- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared, handled, and served, such as (fried chicken, fish, coleslaw, etc. )must be on site at all times. Manager arrived on site at 3:10 p. M. . (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)(cos)

- comments: must provides a thermometer for all cold holding units.

- comments: observed a gap along the bottom of the front door must make door tight fitting.

- comments: observed several boxes of chicken stored on floor in walk in cooler must store properly on shelving units to prevent cross contamination.

- comments: must repair or replace worn taped door gaskets on 3-door prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and reach-in freezer; missing fan guard cover in walk-in freezer.

- comments: must remove cardboard from all prep tables and shelving units throughout. Must remove crates used for food storage in the walk-in freezer and provide adequate shelving units to store properly.

- comments: observed a shared outside garbage dumpster corral with a massive amount of trash, debris, and boxes on the ground around the dumpster and a lid missing on a dumpster. Must remove trash & debris from the ground and, clean the area, and replace lid to be tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(citation issued)
