- comments: observed no procedures for vomit and diarrhea nor supplies for vomit and diarrhea kit (gloves, disposable apron, sanitizer, etc). Instructed manager to provide and keep on premises at all times. Priority foundation. 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed wiping cloth improperly stored in handwash sink in front prep area and on prep table. Instructed to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between use.
