Burger Meal Illness Suspected - Jack in the Box, San Antonio Texas

4 years ago reported by user-bqpmg279 business

Jack in the Box, 1331 Southwest Loop 410, San Antonio, TX, USA

1331 Southwest Loop 410, San Antonio, 78227 Texas, United States

My husband and I got dinner around 830-845 pm last night. By midnight he was having shivers, fever and vomiting. He had the #4-no tomato with curly fries and Dr Pepper. I had egg rolls,2 tacos and Dr Pepper. He got sick and I didn’t. I’m guessing it was the burger. This is outrageous with so many people who are affected by this food, why they haven’t been shut down! This was my husbands first time trying this. Now we’re never eating there again and I will be sharing what happened. Warning everyone to stay away!!! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Something else, Fever
