I had the Italian sub sandwich last night and had terrible diarrhea afterwards I ate about half of a regular size Italian sub just before going to bed at about 11 pm. I was awakened at about 5 am having to rush to the bathroom with diarrhea. My husband had the steak and cheese sub and he was fine. Maybe because that was cooked meat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
