- comments: 4-101. 19 observed cardboard used as liner on shelving units in front and rear prep areas. Instructed the person in charge to remove all cardboard from shelving units and maintain. All food and non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: 4-602. 13 observed food debris on the interior surfaces of both reach-in coolers in the front prep area. Instructed the person in charge to clean and maintain. (nonfood contact surfaces)

- comments: 8-404. 13 (b:3) previous priority foundation violation from 9/8/2023 inspection, report #2581407 not corrected: #10 observed no handwashing sink installed at the front pizza prep and cooking area. Also, ready-to-eat products(salads) are handled in the same area. Instructed the person in charge to install said sink priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
