- comments: observed rust on interior surfaces of the ice machine. Management instructed to remove the rust from the interior surfaces of the ice machine.

- comments: observed torn door gaskets inside of the 2 door prep cooler. Management instructed to replace the torn door gaskets.

- comments: clean the interior of the microwaves, sides and interior of the deep fryers, grill and prep table, wire storage racks, and potato cutter.

- comments: clean the grease on the floor under the cooking equipment.

- comments: the ventilation fan in the men's washroom is not operational. Must replace the ventilation fan.

- comments: previous core violations were not corrected from report #2305096 on 8/22/19: 49 - fan guard of the walk-in cooler in the basement with dust buildup. Must clean and maintain. 55 - concrete floor of the walk-in cooler in the basement not in good repair, damaged/broken. Must repair to make it smooth and easily cleanable. 58 - all certified food managers must obtain an allergen training certificate. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
