- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners under 3-compartment sink, drainboards, equipment, etc, near stove, reach-in coolers and freezers, shelving units, on sheet pans and rolling carts, on bottom of prep tables under mixer, multi-use equipment and utensils in prep area, on floor and shelves in kitchen utility closet. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
