Our family went to John’s Incredible Pizza at 5:15pm, Saturday April 6th, 2019. We ate around 5:30pm. I had salad- greens, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, chickpeas, cauliflower, mushrooms, and ranch dressing. I had one slice of the Alfredo pizza, and one slice of Pesto pizza. I had Diet Coke, and a swirled chocolate & vanilla soft serve on a cake cone. Myself, my brother and his wife were all sick the next morning around 7am. It started with aching, stomach cramps, gas, then sweating, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. We were sick from Sunday, April 7th until today, April 10th, 2019. I am still having stomach cramps and can’t eat much. The only food in common that we all consumed, was the Alfredo pizza and some salad toppings. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
