- comments: 6-501. 111 : observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings in kitchen-on conduits and wall outlet covers near ovens,on floor behind oven,in corner near storage rack. Office-on conduit lines on wall,on floor along wall bases of file cabinets,locker and radiator. Dry food /chemical storage-along wall bases and under shelving units. Mopsink closet-in between clutter and behind door. Lunchroom-on floor under radiator next to milk cooler. Pre-k 103-on floor under shelving unit in interest area. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/27/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
