- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks throughout first, second, and third floor men's and women's restrooms with temperature range of 72. 4f to 81. 1f. (excluding kitchen prep area, water at proper temperature of 100f). Instructed person in charge to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks in washroom areas throughout facility and maintain at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.
