- comments: observed employee eating in kitchen. Instructed to manager employees shall eat and drink only in designated areas where the contamination of exposed food cannot result.

- comments: observed food storage containers without labels containing the common name of foods. Instructed to provide.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed 3-compartment sink stoppers missing/not working at left side and middle compartments. Instructed manager must provide working stoppers at 3-compartment sink.

- comments: observed frozen chicken stored in plastic grocery bags in the freezer. Management instructed to use proper food grade storage bags and containers only.
