- comments: observed single service articles not inverted. Instructed manager to invert all single service articles to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of prep tables, coolers, freezers, shelving units, cooking equipment, sinks, holding units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking faucet on hand washing sink, 2-compartment sink and 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
