- comments: the following noted with excessive grease and food debris accumulation: interior/exterior of fryers, all cooking equipment, all hot holding units, interior of all coolers including doors and rubbergaskets, hand sink basin in drive-thru area, all storage shelves through out, all attacked piping of cooking equipment, entire beverage station, including nozzles, dispenser chute and drip tray. Instd to clean all and maintain.

Including floor drains & covers. Walls and floors in toilet rooms not clean, excessive build up. Instd to clean all and maintain
