May 13, 2021 around 8ish p.m. when arriving at the pickup window to get the food we saw a mouse on top of the sauces, but at that time I wasn't sure. My brother and I had the chicken sandwich meal and my other brother had the mac and cheese bowl. My brother (2 years old) started throwing up the day after. I (17 years old) had really bad abdominal pain and was vomiting a lot and had to go to the ER. My other brother (11 years old) started throwing up too and hasn't stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
