Maryland style crab cakes from their frozen foods. They were not properly wrapped and the crab cakes were partially exposed and STANK really badly. But since the exterior package was sealed I cooked and ate them anyhow… BAD MOVE ON MY PART I opened the package of frozen Maryland crab cakes they were packaged differently than normal, normally they are sealed in plastic that needs to be cut, this package appeared that the two cakes were wrapped in Saran Wrap but only 3 sides, they stank to high heaven too and had a bit of freezer burn from being partially exposed. But the exterior package was sealed so I decided to make them anyhow. I baked the crab cakes for the required time and ate them, a little stinkier than normal but bearable. About 5 hours later I started getting stomach pain that woke me up off and on all night at 6 am I began with horrible diarrhea in addition that went on and on as if I had taken a colon prep! I began to suffer from body aches pain down the back of my legs from the cramping and diarrhea and extremely fatigued. The diarrhea just wouldn’t stop and the cramping kept going. I have had headaches too but I am now taking electrolytes which are helping with other symptoms and because I am worried about dehydration. I still have bouts of horrible diarrhea and it’s now the 4th day, I’m afraid to eat anything but toast as I don’t want the diarrhea to get worse. I can’t go anywhere because if it hits me and there’s not a bathroom VERY close it will end badly! I am the only one who ate these hence the only one who’s been sick.Started about 1 am Thursday morning cramping stomach pain all night ended up with explosive diarrhea 6am has continued until today 4 days later.
