- comments: observed that thermometers provided are for for hot holding unit are range of refrigerator thermometers and not adequate for hot holding unit. Must provide a thermometer inside the hot hold unit and maintain.

52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed the dish washing 3-compartment sink not maintained. Observed waste water overflowing out of the grease trap box onto the kitchen food prep area floor while running water in mentioned sink. Instructed to repair and to maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c),no citation issued.
