- comments: observed the hand washing in on the cooks line not accessible for use. A large bag of french fries was being stored inside the sink. Fries removed. Instructed the hand washing sink is for hand washing purposes only and must be accessible for use at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed no paper towels at the cooks line hand washing sink when foods were being prepared and held hot. Instructed paper towels must be provided at the hand washing sink at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued. See above violation #10 for citation.

- comments: : previous core violation #55 not corrected from 8-13-20 and 9-16-20. The following areas throughout the basement must have a smooth cleanable ceiling without open gaps, crevices: above the utility mop sink, hallways leading to both walk-in coolers, hallway leading to rear basement exit, far rear storage area. Hallway above the ice machine. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 no citation issued.
