- comments: observed no handwashing signage at exposed handwashing sink located in bar. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed unused 4th restroom in basement. Instructed to place 'out of order' or equivalent signage on door indicating to customers and staff this restroom should not be used.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed hood over oven in rear prep area does not turn on. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain adequate ventilation hood systems.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed the following repeat core violations not corrected from report #2586028 dated 11/30/2023: #48 ' instructed to provide 3 working drain stoppers for (2) 3 compartment sink in the kitchen and in the bar area. ' #58 'found no approved allergen training certificate available. Instructed any person with city of chicago food service sanitation certificate to comply with allergen training certification. ' instructed to correct and come into compliance. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
