Went to dinner with the family on Jan 28th 2020 @ 6:00 pm. I ate the carne smothered enchiladas with rice and beans and ate chips and salsa with a coke as a drink. On the red eye plain back to Florida that night at 11:50pm I spent the next three hours in the bathroom with violent throw up and diarrhea. I checked with the family who came as well and my daughter was the only other person who ate a similar meal and gotten sick as well. While she was in the restroom, another customer was throwing up in the stall she told me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
