- comments: observed torn gasket on interior of door on front prep cooler. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition.

- comments: observed heavy build-up of dust on vent in rear near toilet rooms. Instructed to clean and maintain in good condition.

- comments: 2-102. 13 observed multiple city of chicago food managers without allergen training. Instructed management that all city of chicago food managers must complete allergen training and maintain certificates on-site.
