- comments: no splashguard in front prep area between an exposed hand sink and prep table. Must install a washable splashguard.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: noted wiping cloths on prep tables at front and rear prep areas not properly stored. Instructed properly to store all washcloths in a sanitizing solution especially when not in use.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine at front. Must install so backflow prevention devices or air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit so it could be located to be serviced and maintained.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: noted the employee bathroom door at the rear not self closing. Instructed to provide a self closing device at the door and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed stained ceiling tiles in the employee bathroom and kitchen and missing ceiling tiles next to a back exit. Also noted broken and missing floor tiles in the bathroom and near the chest freezer at the back. Must repair or replace stained ceiling and repair or replace broken or damaged floor tiles, in the bathroom, kitchen, serving area and back area by the chest freezers.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: noted dirty and dusty ceiling ventilation cover in the employee bathroom. Instructed to clean and maintain.
