- comments: observed boxes of beverages and boxes of items stored on the floor in the dry liquor dry storage area next to the ice machine. Instructed manager to elevate all items at least 6 inches off the floor.

- comments: observed ice machine lid to be broken into two pieces. Instructed manager to repair or replace the broken ice machine lid.
