- comments: noted previous priority foundation violation #48 (rule #4-204. 115) from 8/11/2025 inspection report #2622031 not corrected: noted high temperature dish washing machine with the temperature measuring device not maintained. Noted high temperature of dish washing machine guage with reading of 150f, however the irreevesible internal temperature gauge was reading 161. 5f. Instructed to repair and maintain the guage with a minimum temperature of 180f. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
