- comments: observed no handwashing signage at exposed handwashing sink located in bar. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observe no metal stem thermometer on site at time of inspection. Instructed to provide and miantain on site. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: unable to locate grease trap connected to 3 compartment sink and dish machine in rear dish area. Instructed to install in accordance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

- comments: observed no covered trash receptacle inside women's toilet room. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed outdoor dumpster overflowing with garbage and unable to have lid close tightly. Instructed to correct and maintain dumpster so that lid shuts tightly. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

- comments: observed unused low temperature dish machine located in rear dish area. Instructed to either repair and maintain in working order or remove from premises.
