- comments: observed a torn door gaskets inside of the 3- door pizza prep cooler. Instructed to replace the torn door gaskets and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean shelfs in walk-in-cooler to remove mold like build-up and fan covers on condensor unit to remove accumulation of dusts and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the women washroom. Must provide and maintain.
