- comments: 3-305. 13 : observed sauce squeeze bottles at wing prep area missing labels identifying the stored food. Instructed to provide sauce bottles with label of common name of the food stored and maintain.

- comments: 4-903. 11(a;c) : observed single-service to-go containers and single-use paper cups stored in box directly on floor of rear storage closet. Instructed to store single-service/single-use articles at least 6 inches above the floor and maintain.

Instructed to clean food- and nonfood-contact surfaces of pizza oven and other cooking equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of grease deposits and maintain.
