- comments: no one on site with city of chicago sanitation certificate while handling tcs food products such as milk. No city of chicago sanitation certificate posted at time of inspection. Instructed manager to obtain, maintain and post city of chicago sanitation certificate. Must correct and maintain at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: upon arrival found no hand drying devices in both washrooms, and front prep handsink. Instructed person on site to obtain and maintain hand drying devices at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued manager arrived with paper towels.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: interior of ice machine found with a black substance build up at interior where ice is made. Instructed manager to remove all ice, clean and sanitize machine. Clean and maintain at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths sitting on counter while not i use. Instructed manager all wiping cloths must be stored in a clean sanitizing container. Correct and maintain.

- comments: observed reach in cooler for on tap drinks in need of cleaning to remove all build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors along wall bases in front prep area in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Clean and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: all food handlers who do not have sanitation certificates must hold food handler certificate. Obtain and maintain.
